AI Chatbot Integration and Deployment
Long-term mentorship on AI chatbot design and development — consistent sessions, honest feedback, real projects.

Building a chatbot and deploying it reliably are two different problems. Many teams reach a working prototype but encounter unexpected failures when the bot interacts with live traffic, authenticated user sessions, or third-party APIs under load.
This service handles the technical integration and deployment phase only. It assumes you already have a trained model or an API-based chatbot ready for integration.
What is covered
Integration scope typically includes web widget deployment, webhook configuration for platforms such as Slack, WhatsApp Business, or Microsoft Teams, and connection to 1 to 3 backend systems such as a CRM, product database, or helpdesk. Session management, authentication handling, and conversation logging are included by default.
A staging environment is set up before any production deployment. Load testing simulates up to 400 concurrent sessions. Monitoring dashboards are configured in whatever observability tool your team currently uses.
What this does not cover
Model retraining, conversation design changes, or new feature development during the integration phase are out of scope. If issues arise that require design changes, they are quoted separately.

How the mentorship unfolds
Each stage builds on the previous one. There's no jumping ahead — the sequence exists for a reason.
Integration Phases
- Technical scoping — review existing infrastructure, API documentation, authentication setup (3 days)
- Environment setup — staging environment, logging infrastructure, error tracking (2 days)
- Integration build — webhook configuration, backend connections, session management (1 to 2 weeks)
- Load and stress testing — simulate up to 400 concurrent sessions, document failure thresholds (3 days)
- Production deployment — phased rollout, monitoring setup, alerting configuration (2 days)
- Handoff documentation — runbooks, incident response guide, architecture diagram (2 days)
All deployments follow a staged rollout starting at 10% of traffic before full release.
