Runavekbol provides long-term online mentorship services focused on AI chatbot design and development. Services are delivered digitally and are accessible globally. The nature, scope, and availability of specific services may change at our discretion, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation
Certain features of the platform may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4.2 Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
4.3 Account Termination

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Runavekbol and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Runavekbol and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

15. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief where necessary.

18. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any breach shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
